The Person booking the reservation MUST BE present as you are responsible for your Guests. - Fine $100 & Immediate Termination of Reservation with NO REFUNDS!!! 2. You must assure that everyone staying in the property has read the House rules. 3. Only the Primary guests are allowed to make request to us since you are responsible for the property during your stay. 4. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE!!! You may smoke in the FRONT PORCH AREA or on the BACKYARD DECK. - Fine $500 for Smoking inside the House. 5. Damaging / Tampering with Smoke Detectors in any capacity IS NOT allowed! - Fine $100 Per Device 6. We DO NOT allow the following: Grilling on the Property or Smoking. Please confirm with us prior to Check-In if you have a service dog or want to Grill. – Any damages or cleaning charges will be accessed case by case. 7. Please leave all Remotes & Batteries at the Property. - Fine $50 Per Remote & $10 per set of Batteries. 8. NO PARTIES or EVENTS!!! You may have guest extra over within reason, but NO loud music and NO Smoking inside. - Fine $500 & Immediate Termination of Reservation with NO REFUNDS!!! 9. NO Glitter or Paint is allowed within the Property!!! - Fine $100 if Glitter or Paint is found by Cleaners. 10. You ARE NOT allowed to bring in rented, borrowed or purchased furniture without first getting approval. - Fine $250 11. Active Cameras are on Property and we are able to see the count of the Guests who checks in and stays. - Fine $250 for covering or blocking Cameras. (And possible immediate Booking Termination) 12. Late Checkouts are allowed at $40 per Hour IF written consent is given. (15 minute Grace period allowed) 13. Lost & Found Policy: Leave something valuable behind? We want to help! We have contracted with our Cleaning Teams to assist in returning to Clients anything that may be of value. The charge for returning Lost Items is $40 PLUS Shipping Charges. ALWAYS do a full property sweep before you check out at 11am EST. 14. Trash: Please dispose of all trash located at Dumpster toward entrance of Community. - Fine $150 Removal Fee if Trash is piled up and impacts future Guests after your stay. 15. Maintenance: We understand issues can and will happen that we cannot anticipate which can impact a Stay. We do our best to rectify all Maintenance Requests within a Timely Fashion. Our Maintenance Teams schedule is as follows: Mon - Friday: 8am EST to 8pm EST Saturdays: 9am EST to 5pm EST Sundays: Subject to Contractor availability If a Maintenance Issue is brought to our attention outside our Hours of Operation, then it'll be scheduled for the next day. 16. For Reservations more than 21 Days, the Guest acknowledges & consents to biweekly Complimentary Cleanings / Wellness Checks of the Home with reasonable notice. 17. The Cleaning Fee is for a standard cleaning. If there is heavy trash and aggressive stains in the towels, linens, or walls, this will lead to additional charges. The Cleaners will assess this in their Invoice. Damaged out towels and linens will be charged to you as followed: a.) Wash Cloths - $10 (Do not use to remove makeup) b.) Hand Towels $15 c.) Body Towels - $20 d.) Full/Queen Comforter - $100 e.) Full/Queen Duvet Cover - $50 f.) Full/Queen Sheet - $25 g.) Full/Queen Fitted Sheet $20 h.) Full/Queen Pillow Case - $10 i.) Pillows - $25 j.) Shower curtains $40 k.) Makeup Remover $25 l.) Iron / Board - $50 m.) Hair Dryer - $50 These rules have been created because of learned experiences. In no way do we want you to incur any of these fees as to why you are given notice. We want to provide a happy and comfortable place for you to stay and to allow it to stay that way for the guest who comes after you.
