Rooftop includes a gas fire pit with outdoor seating and views of the marina. Our home has everything you'll need for a Nashville reunion with your family & friends! — SLEEPING SITUATION — *Total occupancy is 10 people max* — FLOOR 1 (Sleeps 4 max) Bedroom 1: 2 Queen beds - Sleeps 4 - Attached full bathroom includes shower and vanity. — FLOOR 2 (Sleeps 2 max) - Sleeps 2 - Pullout sofa bed in living room can sleep 2 more people. - Detached half bathroom includes toilet and vanity. Shared with entire 2nd floor common area (kitchen, dining room, living room etc.). — FLOOR 3 (Sleeps 4 max) Bedroom 3: King bed. - Sleeps 2 - Attached full bathroom includes double vanities with a large shower. Bedroom 4: King bed. - Sleeps 2 - Attached full bathroom includes vanity with a shower & tub combo. — FLOOR 4 Rooftop patio: Outdoor area with fire pit, outdoor seating and Blue Turtle Bay Marina views. Guests have access to the whole home, including attached 2-car garage. Overflow parking on 22nd St ONLY. Garage dimensions: 6.5 feet tall, 16 feet wide, and 20 feet deep. Guests do not have access to the locked utility closets. We are always happy to assist you remotely. Please message us and we will do everything we can to make sure your stay is perfect! B-Y-O-Boat Please call Blue Turtle Bay Marina right away, for hourly boat rentals or for personal-boat slip rental. DO NOT park your boat BY our home. Please call the marina to rent a boat slip or make boat parking arrangements in their parking lot. Boats and road vehicles can be parked at Marina, but only with the Marina's CONSENT prior to parking. Availability not guaranteed—Call right away! No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine. - $40 pet fee per pet per night. - ONLY park inside of garage and public parking on 22nd Street. - Do NOT park anywhere else. - $500 fine for parking anywhere outside of any garages or in the shared driveway behind units. - Car(s) parked by garage doors will be towed at owner's expense. - Mon–Thurs: No loud noise outside after 9pm and before 9am. - Fri–Sun: No loud noise outside after 10pm and before 9am. - No indecent exposure on outdoor spaces of homes. Includes public urination. $1,000 fine. - PLEASE DO cleanup after pets. $100 fine per incident. - Do NOT litter or leave trash outside. - Do NOT put trash in your neighbor's trash bins. - Trash bin stays in garage until Wednesday night for Thursday morning trash pickup. Bin back in garage by Thursday afternoon. - No fireworks. - No smoking. - No parties. - No Glitter, Tape on walls, nor Confetti — $100 fine + additional cleaning fees. Old Hickory, TN is a rustic lakeside community with waterfront access to Old Hickory lake. You'll need to drive your own car or rental. However, ride share is available in our area. Just not recommended for cost efficiency.
