Enjoy a hot tub, swinging chairs, fire pit, basketball goal, pool table, dart board, corn hole and 4 Smart TV’s throughout the home. Large dining table with attached sitting room. The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig, coffee pot, air fryer, gas stove, blender, mixer, wine glasses, etc. 2 large leather sofas in living room. House has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Pets welcome w/fee. IMPORTANT NOTE: Two of the bedrooms are connected and are separated by a thick double-sided curtain that can be pulled closed for privacy. Please pay attention to the pictures and message with any questions. PLEASE park in the back of the house under the carport or in the gravel parking space. Do not park on the street. There is room for 3 vehicles to park at this property. Lawn maintenance is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. *All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payment processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested. This home is located 1/4 of a mile from a major highway for easy access anywhere you need to go. A large gas station is 1 block away. We live locally and are available to answer questions or help with anything you need. Please message through the app first and if iwe don’t answer within a few minutes, feel free to text or call us. Beautiful established historic neighborhood with sidewalks, perfect for a walk. As you arrive, you’ll be wow’ed by the grand entrance to the house with a huge front porch with 2 porch swings and beautiful brick pathways. Inside you’re greeted with an open sight line all the way from the front door through the living room, dining room, kitchen and straight into the backyard. 2 large cozy leather sofas provide a great place to relax in front of the decorative (non-working) fireplace and smart TV. Original hardwood floors throughout. The dining room has been painted floor to ceiling with a dark, moody green to set the atmosphere for an elegant dinner. Table seats 6 but has 2 additional leaves that can be added. Beside that is a darling sitting room with curved velvet sofa next to a large window. Right off that room is the half-bath and entrance to the basement where you’ll find a pool table, board games and dart board as well as the laundry quarters. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has everything you could need from coffee, dishes , cookware, spices and oil. It has a window over the sink that looks out onto the backyard. Upstairs there is a queen bedroom with a large desk area and smart TV. Next to that is a spacious room with king bed, velvet curtains and a smart TV. A full bathroom with tub/shower is located right across the hall. Next you’ll enter another room with a queen bed and smart TV. This room also has a private balcony with table & chairs, huge umbrella and cushioned couch. String lights set the perfect mood. Just off of this queen room is another room with 2 twin-sized beds and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. It is IMPORTANT TO NOTE that these 2 bedrooms are connected and have a thick curtain that can be closed between them to provide privacy. All windows in the house have window coverings. There are 3 different entrances into the home and parking for 3 vehicles. Driveway is shared with the house next door and cannot be blocked. The backyard of this home has many different decks and patios which provide lots of great places to enjoy. There is a 6-person hot tub, 2 hanging hammock chairs, a fire pit, a mini-basketball area, corn hole and plenty of sitting areas. There isn’t a single inch of wasted space. This home is pet friendly by paying the pet fee (non-shedding only) and we offer a tub of dog items for your use. There is a completely fenced portion of the yard to keep your pets (or little ones) in. PLEASE park in the back of the house under the carport or in the gravel parking space. Also make sure you look in the closet in the dining room where we supply extra items that you may have forgotten as well as the hot tub towels. Only non-shedding pets are permitted. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive pet hair is found. We provide potty bags; please clean up all messes in the yard before you leave. Please keep doors CLOSED unless you are walking in/out and LOCKED when you are away. Please keep thermostat between 65-75 degrees. No smoking inside the house. Extra fee if the house smells like smoke or if ashes, etc. are left behind. Please keep cover on hot tub when not in use. Extra fee if hot tub is misused or if left uncovered so that temperature is not maintained. No unapproved gatherings. Only people listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. Please get permission from host if you wish to have any guests over. PLEASE park in the back of the house under the carport or in the gravel parking space. NO STREET PARKING. There is room for 3 vehicles to park at this property. Please remember to log out of your streaming services and collect all your belongings before you leave. We are not responsible if this is forgotten. There is a $50 charge in addition to shipping costs if we have to mail something back to you. Guests are financially responsible for any damages.
