You’ll be renting the upstairs unit only, which shares a door with the downstairs unit. Sound carries between floors, so this space is best suited for guests without young children. Families with little ones will likely be happier in one of our standalone homes. 4. We welcome up to 2 pets max with a $100 per pet fee (or $200 total for two pets). 5. If you are staying 30 days longer: Guest screening and signing a lease is a standard requirement for longer term rentals, as it aligns with local rental regulations and provides clarity for both parties. 1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. 2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. 3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. 4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. 5- We warmly welcome pets per stay, accompanied by a $100/per pet fee. 6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement. 8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost. Shipping + handling fee must be prepaid before shipment. 9- Check out procedure: -Run the dishwasher if needed. -Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin. -Turn off all lights. -Close and lock all windows and doors 10- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you. 11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.
