To help keep this a restful, respectful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be mindful of noise — this is a historic building with original wood floors that carry sound. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A $250 fee will apply for violation. No Pets Allowed No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. A $1,000 fine will apply for any party-related disturbances. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests Only registered guests are allowed in the unit at any time. Minimum Age to Book: 18 Before You Check Out: Place all TV and A/C remotes on the coffee table Start the dishwasher If you logged into your personal streaming account(s) on the TV, please be sure to log out. Please Note: The Bickett was built in 1905 and retains all of its original charm — including 25 stairs with a landing and original wood flooring.
