Ask about booking additional units in the building! We have camera on the exterior to the backyard. There is no cameras inside of the listing units. This bright, thoughtfully designed basement apartment features: - Two Bedrooms: - 1 Queen Bed (plush linens + blackout curtains for a perfect sleep) -2 Twin Beds (great for kids or friends) Additional Sleeping: - Comfortable couch for extra guests. - Twin roll away bed. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorites with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee machine! Chic Living Area: Relax with smart TV access, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy seating. Updated Bathroom: Fresh towels, toiletries, and a clean, modern feel. Outside, unwind in the shared infrared sauna for two or sip coffee under the stars on the beautifully lit patio — both shared among three friendly units, first come, first served. You'll enjoy easy self-check-in and 24/7 access during your stay. Parking and detailed check-in instructions will be provided after booking! This is a very quiet, calm street, less than ten minutes from downtown. Public transportation, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available throughout the city. 1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee. 3. No pets allowed 4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products) 5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50-$150 late fee. 6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
