Enjoy this beautiful, historic Victorian building on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's popular venue. These 3 apartments were remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, marble fireplace, beautiful, plastered crown molding and medallions. There is a hot tub for your enjoyment. We have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units . 1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee. 2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other neighbors near this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights. 3. No pets allowed 4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products) 5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee. 6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, and even though we do have a vent , we do not have a hood .
