Giddy up—your Zion getaway is waitin’. Just 15 minutes from the park, this 1.5-acre riverside hideaway has room for the whole herd to roam. Mosey down to your private river, cool off in the 30' saltwater pool and spa, or kick back on the wraparound deck as the sun sets behind the mesas. Inside, 5 bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and spa-like baths bring luxury to country living. Round up the crew, pack your boots, and come stay awhile, y’all. Set right along the river, this country hideaway was made for kickin’ back, gathering the herd, and staying awhile. Cool off in the saltwater pool and spa, mosey out to the spacious deck, or swing open the glass doors and let that fresh country air roll in. Inside, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, and plenty of room to gather make it easy to feel right at home. The main-floor king suite is a retreat of its own, with a stone soaking tub and rain shower. Head upstairs to find a cozy loft and 4 more bedrooms with queen and twin beds—plenty of room for the whole crew. Come sunset, pull up a chair on the wraparound deck and take in those sweeping Zion mesa views. Slow mornings, starry nights, and a little taste of life out West—just the way it oughta be. The whole spread is yours to roam, kick back, and holler yeehaw! Make yourself at home and enjoy the property from sunrise to sunset. The only spot off-limits to the herd is the garage. Our friendly crew is just a holler away, 24/7 by call or text, should you need anything during your stay. A few house rules before y’all settle in: Camera Disclosure: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located around the home. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not monitor any interior spaces. There is no BBQ and no pets at this property. For pool safety, no head-first diving and please supervise little cowpokes at all times. Do not open the pool cover if water is on top—give our team a holler for help. The outdoor shower is winterized. Pool Heating: Nov–Mar: $300 initial fee + $100/night Apr–Oct: $35/day upon request Hot tub at 104°F is included year-round. Give us at least 3 days’ notice to heat the pool. Once pricing and payment are confirmed, we’ll get things warmed up for your stay. Weather may affect how warm the water feels. Business License: 2025STR-03 A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required. A car is highly recommended. The garage is not available for guest use. There is a shuttle stop on Colataris Road. The cost is $5. Camera Notice: This home has cameras surrounding the exterior of the home for your and the owner's safety. Winter Pool Heating Costs (Does not apply to Hot Tub - Hot Tub @ 104 is included with stay) November - March Cost: - A $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $100 for each night of your reservation. April -October Cost: - $35 a day upon request with no initial fee. Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps: - Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating. - We'll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment. - Once you've made the payment, the pool heating kicks in. - Check-in and dive into the joy of your heated pool. Keep in mind, weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature. There is NO BBQ at this home. This home has a strict NO pet policy.
