However, our main asset is complete tranquility, excellent accessibility and the nature that surrounds the area. In summer, you can enjoy the natural swimming pool, and in winter, the cross-country ski trails and the proximity of the ski lifts. And above all, you are surrounded by forests full of mushrooms and blueberries, solitude and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We are ready to make you fall in love with our highlands. The space The village of Bystrá is located in the heart of the picturesque Vysočina region. The D1 highway exit is just 5 km away, and the location is absolutely ideal for your trips. All major cities and cultural sites are within 100 km. At the same time, within 5 km of us, you will find the largest fast-charging stations in the Czech Republic for your electric car. The cottage is surrounded by forests, various cycling paths run along the village, and in winter there is a well-maintained cross-country ski trail. The Křemešník, Světlá nad Sázavou and Čeřínek ski slopes are also within 15 km. In summer, you can swim in our natural swimming area right next to the cottage, or visit the Žabák swimming pool 4 km away in Humpolec. There are several castles and ruins in the surrounding area. Probably the most famous are Orlík with its newly installed lookout tower and Lipnice nad Sázavou Castle, where there is also the renowned U České koruny inn, where writer J. Hašek wrote his famous novel The Good Soldier Švejk. It is then 17 km to Pelhřimov with its beautiful Baroque square, 25 km to Telč (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and 15 km to Želiv Monastery, where the monks brew their Monastery Beer in the abbey, which you can also taste there. If you are connoisseurs and lovers of classical music, you can visit the birthplace of Gustav Mahler, which is 10 km away in the village of Kaliště. There is also a guesthouse here that has been awarded many culinary stars, and I can highly recommend it. For your little ones, a trip to Jihlava (25 km) will certainly be interesting, as it is home to one of the most beautiful zoos in the country, as well as Agua Land and the Robinson children's adventure park. And, of course, you can also visit the Bernard Brewery and the lookout tower on their brewery chimney, as well as their renowned brewery restaurant. We can also arrange for you to taste Bernard draft beer at our cottage, as we have all the necessary catering equipment. We can also arrange refreshments in the form of a buffet, or organize various tastings and visits to local farms and farm specialties. The following are also available to you completely free of charge: Internet 50 Mbps and NEW Guests can now use the sauna completely free of charge as part of their stay. During the colder months, you can also book an outdoor heated Finnish hot tub with us. This is not included in the price of the stay; the price depends on the length of the stay and the outside temperature. However, we do not operate it during the peak winter season (December-February). A large table football, darts and a projection screen are available in our games room in the garden, where, if you need it, we can also lend you a projector for your PC, for example, to watch sports broadcasts. For your children, the house also has a PSP game console, a smart TV, a home theater, a soundbar and plenty of board games. Of course, our outdoor grill with a meat smoker is also available on the covered terrace. By arrangement, it is also possible to rent bicycles or a 500 CF Moto ATV. For fans of green energy (Green Deal), the good news is that our cottage is completely self-sufficient in terms of solar energy. We recycle all waste. We pay great attention to cleanliness, and all areas are carefully disinfected and cleaned before your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you to our cottage in the Vysočina Region. NEW: during the month of September, we will install a heated Finnish tub in the garden, which will allow you to relax unforgettably in the colder months, this is not included in the price of accommodation. It depends on the length of the stay and mutual agreement. The price is +/- 1500 CZK depending on the outdoor temperature.
