We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and respect. Should any issues arise during your stay, we’ll do our best to resolve them quickly so you can enjoy a smooth experience. Guest Verification To comply with property requirements and ensure a safe environment, guests may be asked to: • Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID • Confirm contact details • Complete our secure verification portal • In rare cases, undergo a background check as required by property management • 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property. • Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation. 🔒 Your information is used strictly for verification purposes only and will never be stored or shared for other reasons. Rental Agreement All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms of stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to: • Follow the rental terms and conditions • Provide valid ID prior to check-in • Complete the verification process as requested • Understand that check-in instructions may be shared only after successful verification Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed. Pet Policy Pets are welcome with prior approval based on size and type. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet to avoid any issues with your booking. A cleaning fee per pet applies as follows: • 1–4 Nights: $35 per night • 5–29 Nights: $250 • 30+ Nights: $400 NOTE: A $69 protection fee is applied per reservation and covers accidental damages up to $150. 🕙 Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please ensure the unit is vacated on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare for incoming guests. 🤫 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Out of respect for neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. 🗑️ Trash Disposal The trash chute is located at the end of the hall next to the elevators. 👟 No Shoes Indoors Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home. 🍽️ Dishes Please wash all used dishes before check-out. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 fine will be charged if there is evidence of smoking indoors.
