We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity. GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. • 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property. • Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet): • 1–4 nights: $35/day • 5–29 nights: $250 • 30+ nights: $400 Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as swiftly as possible. PLEASE NOTE: A $69 damage protection charge applies to each stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150. 🕙 Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please ensure the unit is vacated on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare for incoming guests. 🤫 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Out of respect for neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. 🗑️ Trash Disposal Please dispose of all trash in the trash chute on your floor. Trash should not be left in the hallway, as this is not permitted and may result in additional charges. There are two trash chutes located near Unit 701 and one near Unit 724. 👟 No Shoes Indoors Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home. 🍽️ Dishes Please wash all used dishes before check-out. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 fine will be charged if there is evidence of smoking indoors.
