Welcome to our home in the heart of Midtown Raleigh -- only 2.8 miles away from the vibrant North Hills. Our thoughtfully designed home is not just a place to stay but a space where you can feel at ease while still close to key parts of the city. Whether you're exploring, conducting business, or seeking a quiet retreat, our home is your perfect accommodation. This is a part of a two unit home. This unit is in the main two floors of the home while the other is completely locked off with a private entrance in the basement. As you walk into the home, on the first floor you will see a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and access to the screened porch where you can relax. As you head up the stairs, you will see the three bedrooms, office, and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom, you will find a king bed and a private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a desk, and the last bedroom has a full bed with a single trundle bed underneath along with another desk. Your own private office has a desk with plenty of room where you can focus and do any work you may need to do. As you head into the backyard, you have access to the screened porch and a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit where you can spend time with friends and family while enjoying s'mores by the fire. You will have full access to the main two floors, the screened porch, the fenced backyard, and fire pit. The second unit of the home is in the basement, however, there are no shared space indoor or outdoor, and both units are locked off from each other from the inside and have separate entrances. I will be available through message for anything you may need and will check in with you periodically to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible so you can enjoy your stay. This home is part of a two unit home, however, there are no shared spaces, indoor or outdoor. Please treat everything with care! We want to preserve the state of our furniture and home as a whole so that future guests can continue to have a wonderful experience with us :) We absolutely do not tolerate any sort of smoking of cigarettes, e-cigs, or marijuana on the property and will impose a fee if the home is found with leftover smell. Our home has a driveway where you are more than welcome to park in which can accommodate 4-5 vehicles. The GPS should take you right to the location with the address provided and the home is easy to spot once you enter the cul-de-sac as it is the only white, two story house.
