Welcome to your luxurious, stylish, industrial-chic loft, a stunning retreat nestled within a historic 1892 building in downtown Sheridan. This second-floor apartment has been meticulously renovated to blend its original character with modern comfort. You'll discover an open-concept layout featuring gorgeous hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and a bright, airy feel. Take a short drive to The Brinton Museum or two nearby ski resorts or pursue endless outdoor opportunities in the Bighorn Mountains. You won’t get far before you get drawn in again. Keypad locks secure the street level front door and upstairs front door. A lock box secures the back door which you will use to access the parking lot. Everything you could want is walkable, including a gourmet grocery store and deli, a regular grocery store, library, Post Office, movie theater and historic WYO Theater, two breweries, lots of restaurants, cafes and unique shopping experiences. Stair Access: Please note that the loft is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator. Downtown Location: As the loft is situated on a bustling main street, you may experience the lively sounds of downtown Sheridan, especially during evenings and local events. Bedrooms are equipped with noise machines and ear plugs for your comfort. Security: For your safety and security, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the building monitoring the entrances. Two reserved parking spaces are available immediately behind the building in a private parking lot with easy access from the back deck. There is also a public parking lot half a block east on Brundage. On call housekeeping, errands, grocery pickup available at your request. IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE, USE THE RING DOORBELL LOCATED OUTSIDE TO THE LEFT OF PATIO DOOR UNDER THE UTILITY BOX. RING VIDEO DOORBELL is located on the patio for security purposes and to verify number of guests and pet declaration. Please always lock the property before leaving. Pets are allowed with an additional per pet fee. WE LOVE YOUR 4-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS and we love to travel with our own! But, please treat our home with consideration when you bring your pets. We continue to have issues with guests who promise their pets are well-behaved and won't get on furniture who then leave major fur cleanup. We want to continue to welcome pets, but have decided to increase our pet fee to account for the intensive cleaning required post stay. Please don't use regular dishware for pet food & water. Please do not allow pets onto furniture, beds or bedding. Please use the provided food and water bowls and pet beds. ***AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF IT IS OBVIOUS THESE HOUSE RULES WERE NOT HONORED AND EXCESSIVE PET HAIR IS FOUND ON BEDDING AND FURNITURE or IF PETS ARE NOT DECLARED.*** $50 fee-any waste not cleaned by guest, or any waste residue found on deck or lower roof. An expansive dining table comfortably seats eight, perfect for shared meals and memorable gatherings. Sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort, privately accommodating six, and up to nine guests and a baby. King Suite 1: A luxurious king bed with a memory foam mattress, an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and heated tile floors, and a charming Juliet balcony offering views over historic downtown Sheridan. King Suite 2: A second king bed with a memory foam mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and white subway tiles, and heated floors. Sleeping Alcove: A cozy loft space within the main room, where younger guests will delight in pulling the velvet drapes to create their own private nook. Step out onto your private Main Street balcony, an ideal spot for watching parades and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Alternatively, retreat to the back deck, a rooftop space with a pergola and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a drink and unwinding. INTERNET NETWORK IS BB. Please always lock the property before leaving. For additional guests staying in loft and private sleeping alcove, plenty of extra towels are available in en suite bathrooms. Powder room at back of the apartment is half bath only. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Pets are allowed with an additional per pet fee. Please use provided pet bowls instead of regular dishware for pet food & water.
