This modern, multi-level townhouse offers a stylish and comfortable home base with rustic, southwestern decor throughout. **Important pre-booking information: Accessibility: Please be aware that this is a multi-level townhouse located on the second and third floors of the building. Access to the front door requires climbing one flight of covered stairs. The interior living spaces are also spread across multiple levels connected by stairs. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire townhouse for the duration of their stay. Self Check-In: Convenient and flexible check-in. Private Entrance: To enter the home, your front door is on the right at the top of a covered staircase. Parking: Guests may park in the designated lot directly across from the building or in the space in front of the garage. Located next to the creek and walking paths that connect the city parks and pathways, you can easily get to the YMCA, library, Kendrick City Park, Scoops ice cream stand, or pool. Key Features: Open-Plan Living: Unwind in the main living area, featuring a comfortable leather sofa, a cozy daybed nook, and an electric fireplace for relaxing evenings. Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The modern kitchen boasts a central island, perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. Private Outdoor Spaces: Step out onto your private patio to enjoy a meal cooked on the grill, or sip your morning coffee on the separate balcony off the living area. Comfortable Bedrooms: The home includes two serene bedrooms, providing a peaceful space to recharge after a day of exploring. Modern Bathroom: A clean, well-appointed bathroom with modern fixtures. Electric heat for each room is controlled by in-wall heating units. Simply turn the knob to increase the flow of heat. Cooling is provided by two portable units, one in each bedroom upstairs, and two evaporative coolers in the open living area downstairs. The upstairs units are vented out the window and patio door, so please take care to keep the venting in place during use. If you choose to turn off the units, you may leave the venting in place. The coolers downstairs rely on water or may have ice added for additional cooling. They provide welcome humidity to our dry climate and are quite effective at cooling with the combination of conditioned cool air upstairs and moister cool air downstairs. If you have a larger group and are making use of the day bed and twin trundle, please leave the black waterproof covers on and add the set of sheets and bedding for each bed on top of the waterproof covers. They are stored in the primary bedroom’s walk-in closet and are labeled for the twin daybed and trundle. Laundry soap is available for your use under the bathroom sink, along with an easy-to-use handheld steamer for removing wrinkles from clothing hung on a hanger. With your clothing item hung on a hanger, hang it from the shower rod or the back of a door and simply run the steamer slowly over the garment. Wrinkles are quickly and easily removed.
