The kitchen includes a Samsung refrigerator, stainless steel electric stove and single oven, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, freezer, Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and rice maker. It is stocked with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet, barbecue utensils, and a dining table. The fully fenced private backyard is the heart of the home, with pool and garden views, a private heated pool, and a private wooden sauna.
