In the garage, you’ll also find both a foosball and ping pong table ready for your enjoyment. • Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. • Extended Stays: Laundry room with washer and dryer for convenience. • Primary Suite is located on the main floor with a TV and workspace. • Spa-like en suite bath includes a walk-in shower with a built-in bench and a soaking tub with forest views. • Guest Rooms: Upstairs bedrooms share a full bath, ensuring comfort for all guests. • Like the houses in my neighborhood, this house is on a water well system! While we don't experience many, during an event of a power outage, please be aware that will cause us to not have water as well. If anything comes up, we're a quick message away. We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. Like the houses in my neighborhood, this house is on a water well system! Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely. 🔥 Fireplace Note The primary bedroom gas stove/fireplace is not available for guest use. Other fireplaces in the home are operational. 2 - Smoking or vaping tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance is prohibited everywhere on the property, indoors and outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely. Violations may result in a $150 penalty. Hood area, surrounded by nature. While not a walkable urban setting, the peaceful surroundings and outdoor recreation more than make up for it. 🚗 Driving — A car is recommended for getting around. The area is well connected via US-26. Free parking at the property. 🏔️ Recreation — Minutes from Mt. Hood ski resorts, hiking trails, and the Sandy River. The charming town of Sandy is a short drive for groceries, dining, and supplies. ✈️ Airport — PDX is approximately 60–75 minutes by car via US-26 West.
