This is excellent for walkability, but nearby restaurant/bar activity and street noise can be audible at times, especially on weekend evenings. Light sleepers may prefer white noise or earplugs. The fireplace is decorative only and not functional. ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Route 14 (Hawthorne) is also nearby. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car or a quick MAX + bus connection.
