We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. Entry requires about 15 exterior steps, and all bedrooms are upstairs. Basement laundry is outside the private living areas; the garage is not guest parking. 🚗 Parking: There is no dedicated driveway or garage space. Street parking is free and first-come, first-served, and it can be tricky around these central blocks. It should be noted that we are located in Central Portland. While this is ideal for walkability to restaurants, other attractions, and proximity to downtown, street and building sound may be audible, including at night. ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
