This is a compact 1-bedroom apartment in an older small building, best for guests who want a residential location and access to nearby medical, dining, and trail destinations. The living/dining area has comfortable seating, a TV, WiFi, and a small dining nook by the balcony doors. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils for simple meals at home. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and window/in-room A/C. Cadet heaters provide heat for cooler months. The A/C helps with everyday comfort, but it may be less effective than central air during very hot weather. The apartment has a private balcony with outdoor seating and green views. A cafe across the street makes a handy stop for morning coffee. This apartment retains the character of an older, small building and offers a comfortable home base for exploring South Portland.
