We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. My building has been updated but the bones are still old. The walls/ceilings can be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests and tenants in other units during your stay. Street and bar noise can also be audible. Entry has about five exterior steps plus interior stairs; the tub has high sides and can be slippery when wet. Unfortunately, we don't have any on-site parking available. Free street parking with no time restrictions is generally easiest on the neighborhood blocks east of SE 12th.
