The studio interior is yours; the building entrance and common areas are shared. 🔑 Self check-in with smart lock - arrive on your schedule 📶 Wi-Fi 🚗 Street parking where signs permit; nearby paid options may be available. There are five building-entry steps. If anything comes up, we're a quick message away. We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. My building has been fully renovated but the bones are still old. The walls/ceilings can be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests and tenants in other units during your stay. The studio faces the street; open curtains can make the interior visible from outside. Unfortunately, we don't have any on-site parking available. However, free street parking is available around the area with no time restrictions east of SE 12th. Spaces are not reserved, so follow posted signs and allow time to find a spot. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space . ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (house rules) 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violations may result in a $150 penalty. 🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne. 🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) connects to downtown; Route 70 (Milwaukie Ave/12th) also serves the area. Check current schedules. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Plan a cycling route that suits your trip. 🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary. ✈️ Airport — Plan your PDX drive or connections to the MAX Red Line around current traffic and schedules.
