There are five building-entry steps. If anything comes up, we're a quick message away. We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. My building has been fully renovated but the bones are still old. The walls/ceilings can be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests and tenants in other units during your stay. Unfortunately, we don't have any on-site parking available. Free street parking with no time restrictions is generally easiest on the neighborhood blocks east of SE 12th. Violations may result in a $150 penalty. 🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne. 🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) connects to downtown; Route 70 (Milwaukie Ave/12th) also serves the area. Check current schedules. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Plan a cycling route that suits your trip. 🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions).
