We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. 🚗 Parking One vehicle may park in the dedicated driveway space to the left of the front porch. Park close to the house to leave room for the neighbor. Additional vehicles must use nearby street parking; check posted signs. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling The trash and recycling bins are on the west side of the home, to the left of the deck in the backyard. 🏙️ Belmont Street Context The home is right on SE Belmont, a lively restaurant and retail corridor. It is great for walkability, but traffic and city-street noise can be noticeable, especially in front-facing rooms or with windows open. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space Pets are welcome.
