We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. 🚗 Parking One vehicle may park in the dedicated driveway space to the left of the front porch. The space is narrow; SUVs and vans may not fit. Park close to the house to leave room for the neighbor. Additional vehicles must use nearby street parking; check posted signs. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling The trash and recycling bins are on the west side of the home, to the left of the deck in the backyard. 🏙️ Belmont Street Context The home is right on SE Belmont, a lively restaurant and retail corridor. It is great for walkability, but traffic and city-street noise can be noticeable, especially in front-facing rooms or with windows open. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space Pets are welcome. Because the home is pet-friendly, guests with animal allergies should be aware that a completely dander-free environment cannot be guaranteed. 🪜 Stairs & Stay Details Entrance steps are required, and the upstairs bedrooms and basement laundry involve additional stairs.
