I am available at all times on my cell phone and would be happy to help with anything you might need throughout your stay You will be staying in the historic Magnolia-Wade Park neighborhood, and within walking distance to all the activities that University Circle has to offer - restaurants, bars, world-class museums, the orchestra… you are also only a few minutes drive to downtown Cleveland and Edgewater Beach. After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $500.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
