THE SPACE: To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you! HOUSE PERKS: --This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use. --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. --Cooking spray, olive oil, salt/pepper are provided. --A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage. There is also an iron and ironing board. --BBQ in backyard w/ cooking tools & charcoal available in laundry room --Games are available for your use. --Please make note Guests can park on the driveway or on the street in front of the house. TECHNOLOGY: --A large, flat screen television is hooked up in your living area, though we recommend the outdoors over the tube! ;) --Wifi is provided. --A washer/dryer is available for your use ADDITIONAL INFO: We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --Renters that are above the age of 25. --Renters who are not bringing pets. --A maximum of eight guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed. We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the house in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. ***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) Other things to note **CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFO** - Between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Please note: We do not allow late check-ins, and there is no after-hours customer service available. Guests must arrive within the designated check-in window. - Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM. **GUEST ACCESS** Guests have full access to the entire property. At least one host is always available via text if you need assistance during your stay. **FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 21 DAYS** An additional cleaning fee ($85) will be applied to ensure the continued cleanliness and maintenance of the unit, as our cleaners will be required to service the unit every 20 days. This charge helps us provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout your extended stay. Additionally, we will require a $300 refundable deposit, which will be returned promptly once our cleaners confirm there is no damage to the property. Guests will have access to the entire house. - Pet Policy: If you plan to bring pets, there is a $50 pet fee per pet - Before you leave, make sure you walk on the River Walk at sunset as it is the most beautiful view! - A car is the most convenient way to explore the area and get around. - Uber is readily available for easy rides around town. - The area is easy to navigate, with straightforward roads and plenty of parking options.
