Our property was one of the first downtown structures rebuilt after the 1875 fire that destroyed most of downtown. Once you step inside, be prepared for a surrounding of rich history, spread out amongst the 4500 square feet of preserved beauty while enjoying all of the modern creature comfort amenities. You have private access via a keypad lock to the entire upper level, and ample off street parking. We give you space to enjoy our space. Downtown Oshkosh is all around us, fully walkable, and is "Everything But Ordinary" with great restaurants, awesome waterfront access, an amazing convention center, the iconic Grand Theater and one of the best Saturday farmers markets the state of Wisconsin has to offer. It is also home to the world's largest aviation event, EAA Air Venture, which is just a short 10 minute ride away. Uber and Lyft are abundant and ready to take you wherever you want to go. The downtown area is VERY safe and you can easily walk anywhere down here at any time of day or night.
