Kitchen has been updated, and does have a nice pantry area. Main floor laundry for convenience. You will absolutely love this house. Self check-in is available with a keypad lock, and your personal door code will be sent before arrival. Any locked or clearly marked owner, supply, or storage areas are not available for guest use. We want you to feel at home and enjoy this historic Appleton retreat on your own schedule. Self check-in makes arrival simple, so there is no need to meet us in person. We respect your privacy throughout your stay, but we are always available if you need anything. The house is ideal for larger groups but is located in a residential neighborhood, so please keep outdoor noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours. Free driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles. Street parking may be available during the day, but overnight street parking in Appleton, just be sure to register your vehical. The gas fireplace may be used as instructed. Please never leave it unattended and make sure it is off before leaving or going to bed. No parties, events, unregistered guests, smoking, or vaping are permitted inside the home. - We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in. - Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home. - Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine - While dog’s are allowed (with a pet fee), we do NOT accept cats or any other pets. Dogs must be kept off of ALL furniture and beds, fully housebroken and fully cleaned up after outside. - Absolutely NO parties. Located in Appleton’s historic Old Third Ward, the home is surrounded by character, tree-lined streets, and beautifully preserved homes. You’ll be close to downtown Appleton, where local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, live music, and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center offer plenty to explore. The Fox River, parks, and historic walking routes are also nearby. Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking for up to 5 in the driveway if you have a vehicle. Street parking allowed during the day, and overnight seasonally if the city is notified.
