Our street dead-end's at the bottom of the hill, so there's very little traffic going by. The neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood inviting. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in. - Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home. - Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine - Absolutely NO parties. - While dog’s are allowed (with a pet fee), we do NOT accept cats or any other pets. Dogs must be kept off of ALL furniture and beds, fully housebroken and fully cleaned up after outside. Being on the edge of the quiet Lawrence University campus is such a treat. Great dining, music, and historic homes make it a nightly sought after neighborhood. While the house is located on a quiet, low traffic street, it's just a short walk to downtown to put you in the middle of all the action! Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking in the driveway if you have a vehicle.
