Dogs must be kept off of ALL furniture and beds, fully housebroken and fully cleaned up after outside. - Absolutely NO parties. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Great for walking around. Uber and Lyft are easy to use and abundant in the area. If you have a car, the city is easy to navigate and there is free parking in the garage and driveway.
