Our home is about a 3 minute drive from downtown and the PAC, 30 minutes from Green Bay (Lambeau Field), 20 minutes away from Oshkosh (EAA, Rockfest, Country USA, LIfefest), and just under 2 hours from Milwaukee (Airport, Summerfest). Just 3 minutes from the highway that will take you to all these places, but nestled into a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. We want YOU! Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine - Absolutely NO parties - While dog’s are allowed (with a pet fee), we do NOT accept cats or any other pets. Dogs must be kept off of ALL furniture and beds, fully housebroken and fully cleaned up after outside. Well established quiet neighborhood. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes (or drive there in 3-5) and enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown. UBER, Lyft, City Bus System and Taxis all available. Easy city to walk, run or bike around as well.
