We ask that guests be respectful of their neighboring guests and keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and at a minimum after 10 PM. While newly renovated, the building was built in the 1920s and sound does travel. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Most activities are walking distance, otherwise recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around. → We are a block away from Washington Avenue → For guest with cars, there is paid public parking only. Paid spaces are by the hour and lots run between $20 - $40 per night. → Miami Beach has a strict residential parking policy, but allows free parking during week days for loading and unloading (always be aware of the signs). → Download the FreeBee app which provides free electric golf cart rides to any location on the beach. → Bike shops are a block away if you want to rent a bicycle as well.
