You will have the entire property to yourself with zero shared spaces so you can be yourself and recharge! Other things to note * PET FEE: Additional $150 pet fee per reservation. Please be advised that guests are still responsible for any damage caused by the pets during their stay. --If there are remnants of a pet, a pet fee will be charge-- * POOL HEATING FEE: An additional daily use fee of $50/8hrs for spa and/or $200 for pool applies if you would like the pool to be heated during your stay. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your check-in date to make arrangements. The spa will require two hours to heat up and the pool requires 8 hours to heat up dependent on the ambient temperature. * LATE CHECK OUT FEE: Additional $75 for late check out from 10:00-12:00pm. Guests are required to contact hosts and request if late check out is possible before staying past the checkout time (10:00am).
