Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Lake Livingston, Texas ● Lake Access: You’re right on Lake Livingston! ● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the community marina a few minutes down the road to launch their boat. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ● Parking: There is room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to: ● Provide a government-issued photo ID ● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID ● Confirm your contact information ● Complete our verification portal Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - No pets allowed. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - No jumping or diving into the lake. Children must be supervised at all times. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
