Our house is located in a quiet urbanization 10km from the beaches. The dining room is bright and huge, surrounded by a tremendous terrace with very nice views. The sliding doors enter the wall. We live on the same property, we love to have a friendly relationship with our tenants. The 80% reduction for renting a month does not apply from May to September. The reduction is 50%, that is, 4350 euros per month. The space The terrace that surrounds the entire house allows you to eat outside (in the shade or in the sun) depending on the orientation of the sun. Kids love to play on that terrace because it's about 50 meters long and 3 meters wide. In addition, the sliding doors of the dining room open onto it and the landscape offered is very beautiful. The rooms have air conditioning and the kitchen too. There is also a two-minute walk to the pool, tennis swings of the development. The master bedroom is a spacious suite overlooking the terrace. Guest access There is parking for your car. The garden is shared and our private pool can be shared. You have the right to use the community's pool, tennis courts, and swings. They're a two-minute walk. We only use the northern part of the terrace. You can enjoy the entire terrace to the east and south. Other things to note We never get tired of discovering this region because everything is magnificent. Nature is beautiful and still untouched with many possibilities for sports and excursions.
