Whatever your interests, Surf’s Up is the perfect location for your next beach vacation. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Surfside Beach of Freeport, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-concept living area, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The large kitchen allows for easy meal prep, and the dining area seamlessly flows into the living room, creating a perfect space for sharing stories and laughter. Down the hall, you'll find comfortable sleeping quarters for your whole group. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds for a luxurious sleep, while another boasts a queen and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families. The fourth bedroom features a set of full-over-full bunk beds, making it perfect for the younger crew. But the fun doesn't stop indoors! Head downstairs to the expansive backyard, where there's plenty of space for yard games, BBQs, and enjoying the fresh Texas air. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to: ● Provide a government-issued photo ID ● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID ● Confirm your contact information ● Complete our verification portal Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
