Please note that prior to your stay, a $500 security deposit hold is required. This hold is temporary and will be automatically released after your stay, provided there are no damages. Additionally, all guests are required to submit a photo ID during the booking process. Please note that smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fee will apply if violated. Likewise, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all indoor and outdoor areas. Our cleaning crew will collect and take them down to Walnut Grove Street. Please recycle using the appropriate bins.
