BBR Place- The Other Side

Come to the country and relax after your day of shopping and fun in Frankenmuth or Birch Run. Located on a main road that goes straight into Birch Run- 8 miles away and it's only 10 miles away from Frankenmuth. If you are attending a wedding at Odin's Owl/Baha Acres it's only half a mile away from this venue. The space This is an exceptionally clean and well maintained duplex with an at home feel. There are two units on this property each with its own living space and entrance. They each have their own garage (Not For Guest Use), which is in the middle and the units are on each end all connected as one structure. This means the living spaces have no shared walls so you will not hear any noise if both units are occupied at the same time. This is a two bedroom, one- and one-half bath with a kitchen, laundry room, and spacious living room with a 50-inch Vizio Smart TV. The bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds, luggage racks, extra pillows, extra blankets, plenty of hangers, a side table, and lamp. Only one bedroom has a dresser and there is an over the door full length mirror in the closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice cookware as well as plenty of extras for cooking if you choose to do so. There is a Mr. Coffee- coffeemaker and a tea kettle. In 2022 I added a 24-foot privacy fence between the two units so guests can have their own personal space in the backyard. There is a firepit and in the summer a picnic table for guest use. I also have a couple gravity chairs upon request. The backyard can be accessed from the sliding glass door in the kitchen. I have listed 'No Pets" although I do make exceptions (well behaved dogs only) and of course service animals. There are a few rules and additional fees for the pet and cleaning. I supply the following amenities: Bed linens, bath linens, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher pods, laundry soap sheets, dryer sheets and wool balls, coffee- regular and decaf, creamers, sugar, truvia and munk fruit sweeteners, coffee filters, a few different teas, salt and pepper, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, bath soap, and hand sanitizer. My cleaning supplies are there if needed and there are sanitizing wipes under the kitchen sink. There is an iron and ironing board in the laundry room and blow dryer in the main bathroom.
