Welcome to Heron Haus — a thoughtfully designed tiny home that feels open, light, and comfortable (never cramped). Living space Curl up on the loveseat by the softly glowing fireplace, throw a blanket over your legs, and stream your favorite shows on the 32 inch Roku Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services. The bar-height counter seats two and doubles as a spot for meals, laptops, or a laid-back card game. Full kitchen Small space, big function. You’ll have full-size appliances plus everything you need to cook—pots and pans, baking basics, sharp knives, toaster, blender, French press, Keurig with starter pods, and simple spices. Easy meals or full dinners both work here. Private queen bedroom Close the door and truly unplug. This is a real bedroom with a comfy queen mattress, hotel-quality linens, blackout curtains for deep sleep, dresser and closet storage, luggage rack, full-length mirror, bedside lamps, and a 50" Smart TV with streaming for your favorite streaming services, Netflix, Prime, ESPN, Disney+. Loft space The loft includes two twin mattresses with cozy bedding—best for active adults or older kids who are comfortable with loft access. Bathroom A private bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, plush towels, hair dryer, and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Washer/Dryer combo for added convenience. Pack n Play available upon request only. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to answer a few emails—then log off and get back to the good stuff. Outdoor living Step onto your deck with a cup of coffee and watch the valley wake up, or fire up the grill and enjoy dinner outside. The shared firepit is perfect for winding down under the stars with cornhole or horseshoes nearby. Traveling with dogs? They’ll love the onsite dog park—an easy way to burn off energy before heading out to the lake. This isn’t just where you stay—it’s where you slow down. Heron Haus is waiting. Cabin Guidelines We want Knot Working to feel like a place to exhale—for you and for every guest who visits. A few simple guidelines help us keep the cabins peaceful, clean, and welcoming for everyone. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the listing description and house guidelines in their entirety. 1. Guests Up to 4 guests total are allowed. All overnight guests (including pets) must be registered at the time of booking. 2. Parking Parking is available beside each cabin for one vehicle or two vehicles parked front-to-back beside the firepit. Please do not park in front of the cabin or in the street. Additional parking is available in front of the RV park near the tree. We do not offer electric car charging. There are several charging stations in Guntersville. Level 2 charging station at 329 Gunter Ave and one at 444 Gunter Ave in downtown 5 minutes away. 3. Cancellations 4. Dog-Friendly Cabins – Pet Policy Dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly cabins only. • Dogs must be added to the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in • Maximum weight: 50 lbs • Please keep dogs off furniture • If your dog was not added at booking, please contact us before arrival to arrange payment options. Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines and are subject to our standard pet fee. 5. Long-Term Stays Stays longer than 7 nights require a light bi-weekly cleaning to help maintain the cabin. 6. Wi-Fi & Smart TVs Please do not unplug the Wi-Fi or delete apps from the TVs. You are welcome to log into your streaming services—just remember to sign out before checkout. 7. Forgotten Items Please check for all belongings before departure. If items are left behind, a $35 minimum handling fee plus shipping will apply for returns. 8. Damages or Missing Items 10. No smoking allowed at anytime anywhere on the property. 11. Lofts are best suited for older children and active adults comfortable with climbing a ladder. 12. Cleaning or preparing of fish is strictly prohibited on the property.
