Welcome to Student Grey! Hosted by Ospitalier, this stylish riverside apartment in Timișoara's Student Quarter offers generous space for up to 4 guests. Enjoy a queen-size bed with premium pocket spring mattress, 2 sofa beds, and a nice large and quiet balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dedicated work desk, and contemporary grey design with vibrant colorful accents create the perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay. The Student Grey apartment offers generous space that comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, featuring 1 queen-size bed and 2 sofa beds, with plenty of room to move around freely. **Layout** Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen straight ahead, the living room to your left, and the bedroom and bathroom to your right. **Bedroom** The bedroom features a spacious queen-size bed (160x200cm) with a firm pocket spring mattress, a large dresser, and a mirror. You'll find an iron and ironing board stored in the dresser. A TV will be added to the bedroom within the next month. **Kitchen** The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, freezer, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules), pots, pans, cutlery, and all standard utensils. There's also a dishwasher (capsules are stored under the kitchen sink). The washing machine is located in the kitchen, with complimentary detergent capsules available under the sink. The dining area seats 4 people comfortably. Please note: The stove hood will be replaced as it's currently not working. **Bathroom** The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a water heater that provides nearly instant hot water (preset to 40°C, adjustable if needed). Towel sets (one large bath towel and one hand towel) are provided for each guest. You'll also find a hairdryer under the sink, along with complimentary toothpaste, body soap, and shower gel. A broom is stored behind the door. **Living Room** The living room has 2 sofas that convert into beds, and a TV with over 100 digital channels positioned in front of the main sofa. A dedicated workspace with a desk and adjustable chair is situated by the windows. The balcony is accessible from the living room. Thank you for choosing Student Grey. In the spirit of reasonable usage: There are several coffee and tea varieties available at your disposal free of charge, and if you run out you can purchase more from Profi (5min away, on Daliei street), or request extra for aditional cost. A couple dishwasher and washing machine tables are provided free of charge. You can buy more, or request extras for a cost. Garbage must be collected selectively. Generic waste can be thrown on the garbage tube, next to the elevator. Plastic, paper, cartboard can be placed in the bins next to the garbage tube. Anything that breaks, gets damaged or gets dirty during the stay, must be replaced or reported before checkout, as this is a home. A reimbursement request will be started for damaged/missing items.
