Quiet & Family friendly! • 3 Minute walk to gorgeous public beach access, from the front door to the shore in minutes • One seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and community charcoal grills with a picnic area available year round. • A gated private wraparound balcony for your entire group to enjoy watching beach view sunrises & sunsets. >> BEDROOMS << • Our one bedroom is an incredibly spacious room located to the left when entering the condo. It's complete with a comfortable King bed, TV with standard cable, an accent chair, dresser, and closet space. Guests will have direct access to the hallway, and to the attached bathroom. • One open concept twin bunk bed is built into our hallway, to the right after you enter the condo. There's also a small area under the bottom bunk to slide a suitcase or two to keep them tucked away, if needed. This area is perfect for the kids, or any extra friends that joined along on your trip! >> BATHROOM << • Our one bathroom offers a well lit vanity for getting ready, and a combination tub & shower. We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay. Guests can access the bathroom with a hallway door, or directly from the bedroom. >> LIVING AREA & KITCHEN << • The living room offers a comfy couch and a cozy reading chair, ideal for unwinding. The couch opens up into a queen sized sleeper (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided). We have a TV for your enjoyment with standard cable. • Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the table with seating for 4, or gathering at the breakfast bar for a quick bite with seating for 2. • A washer and dryer is offered in the home, in the hallway right near the entryway. An ironing board & iron are provided for guest use as well. >> OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES << • Your favorite spot will certainly be on the private gated wraparound balcony that can be found right through the French doors off the living room. Here you can kick up your feet, while catching some breathtaking views of the sunrise or sunset in our quiet little corner of paradise! • The community pool & hot tub is located right off the stairway that you'll use to access the condo. Rest assured that you'll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as the pool is gated with a code for guests of this complex only. There is a community bathroom available as well, so no extra trips upstairs are necessary while you're enjoying these amenities! If you arrive early & want to sit poolside while you wait for your check in, just reach out for an access code! >> TINY TRAVELERS << • As a family-friendly location we're happy to offer a pack & play, high chair (booster seat style), and plastic cups/plates/bowls/silverware for guest use, that are always at the listing & free of charge! *Please note that this is a third floor unit, and there is no elevator in the complex.* Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we cannot guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.) We can be contacted anytime through the platform messaging, although late night messages may be replied to during normal business hours. If you need further support, the quickest way to get in touch is to message us directly through the booking platform that you've booked your trip on. Our team is available during standard business hours. Messages sent late at night may be addressed the following morning, but we'll respond as soon as possible! PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items. If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay. All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time. We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding! • Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. • Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. • This is a 3rd floor condo, with no elevator access, stairways only. This unit is not a good fit for guests with mobility issues or concerns. • Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. • Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. • No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. This includes spring break groups. • No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. • If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. • We are not pet friendly at any time; our HOA does not permit pets. • Please dust sand from chairs/umbrellas/toys before bringing them indoors or to the patio. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. • No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. • If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. • Do not rearrange furniture in the home. • Air conditioning should not be lower than 70 degrees. If A/C issues are caused by guest freezing unit with the temperature set below 70 degrees, the guest is responsible for repairs. • Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. • Trash can be taken to the dumpster in the back of the complex. • All issues or damage must be reported immediately. • Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes or interruptions. • Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. Don’t forget - you are in the heart of Crystal Beach, with wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants and plenty of public beach access! There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Uber & Lyft are popular in our area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery.
