Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 pets. • Golf cart is not available for those age 25 years and younger to operate. • Pool heating pricing varies, inquire for rates for your stay! Please give us a 24-hour notice for pool heating so we can get it just right prior to your arrival. • Self check-in with keypad PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding! :) • Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. • Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. • Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. • Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. • Spring break/student groups (under age 25) must notify us BEFORE booking as additional requirements apply. All student guests must sign student agreement & bring $100 cash per person at time of check in for refundable security deposit. Student groups may not always be permitted and is at our sole discretion only to host. • No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. • If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. • A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state. • Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. • Golf cart use is not included with your stay. Please inquire about availability and pricing. • Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Not permitted for student groups or anyone under age 25. • Pool heating is not included. Please inquire about pricing, which varies by season and length of stay. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. • Do not rearrange furniture in the home. • Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. • Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. • Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. • Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. • All issues or damage must be reported immediately. • Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes or interruptions. • Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. • We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. Walking can be just as fast during busy times as everything is so close. Or take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking.
