There’s a designated reading chair to curl up in and the comfy couch opens up to a queen sized commercial sleeper (with pillows and linens provided.) We have a 55" Smart TV for your enjoyment, perfect for relaxing after a long beach day. The living room opens to the dining area, which seats 4, and the kitchen island which boasts 2 additional seats. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a suite of appliances, a microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle - and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either the drip coffee maker (with a provided re-useable filter) or our Keurig machine. Our open concept twin bunk alcove is inset into our hallway and has been especially designed to store suitcases to keep them tucked away. There are plenty of hooks and storage baskets as well which makes this area perfect for the kids, or extra friends that have joined on your trip! The community pool & hot tub are located right off the stairway that you'll use to access the condo. Rest assured that you'll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as the pool is gated with a code for guests of this complex only. There is a community bathroom available as well, so no extra trips upstairs are necessary while you're enjoying these amenities! Our team is available during standard business hours. Messages sent late at night may be addressed the following morning, but we'll respond as soon as possible! Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items. If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay. All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time. We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided. PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding! • Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. • Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. • This is a 3rd floor condo, with no elevator access, stairways only. This unit is not a good fit for guests with mobility issues or concerns. • Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. • Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. • No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. This includes spring break groups. • No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. • If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. • We are not pet friendly at any time; our HOA does not permit pets. • Please dust sand from chairs/umbrellas/toys before bringing them indoors or to the patio. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. • No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. • If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. • Do not rearrange furniture in the home. • Air conditioning should not be lower than 70 degrees. If A/C issues are caused by guest freezing unit with the temperature set below 70 degrees, the guest is responsible for repairs. • Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. • Trash can be taken to the dumpster in the back of the complex. • All issues or damage must be reported immediately. • Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes or interruptions. • Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Uber & Lyft are popular in our area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors (locally owned) offers alcohol delivery as well!
