You'll fall in love with this property for its unique split layout, the neighborhood vibes, our FREE 6 passenger golf cart & Bikes, and its closeness to the beach! Our guests can also enjoy a FREE golf cart, bikes, hot tub, and all of our fun games & amenities at the home! During our off season (November, December, January, and February) we include FREE pool heating for guests, heated to 92 degrees. The Heart of SolMate: Our home is a delightful blend of a three-bedroom main house and a quaint two-bedroom carriage house, united by a large paved patio and our perfect saltwater pool (with optional heating). If you need further support, the quickest way to get in touch is to message us directly through the booking platform that you've booked your trip on. Our team is available during standard business hours. Messages sent late at night may be addressed the following morning, but we'll respond as soon as possible! • SolMate is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs. • Golf cart is not available for use for those 25 years or younger. Valid Insurance & Drivers License are required • Please give us a 24-hour notice for pool heating so we can get it just right prior to your arrival. • Check-in: After 4:00 PM • Checkout: 10:00 AM • Self check-in with keypad -Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time. Check in time is 4pm, and checkout time is 10am. -No underage drinking or illegal activity. -Checkout suggestions: Strip linens from beds used (not mattress protectors) and do not remake the beds, dishes loaded in dishwasher with provided detergent, and trash bagged and taken to appropriate cans. If checkout falls on Monday/Thursday evening, please take trash to curb. -Golf Cart not permitted for student groups under age 25, and cannot be driven by anyone under age 25. -Pool Heating is not included in your stay, please inquire for pricing as it varies based on season/length of trip. -Spring break/student groups (under age 25) must notify us BEFORE booking as additional requirements apply. All student guests must sign student agreement & bring $100 cash per person at time of check in for refundable security deposit. -If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of entire security deposit. -We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. 2 dog maximum permitted, and $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets permitted only if house trained. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter. -Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool or on furniture at any time. If the pool heater is tampered with security deposit is enforced. -Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning & sanitation charges. -Do not rearrange furniture in the home. -We strongly recommend purchasing rental/travel insurance if something were to alter your trip, to provide you with your own peace of mind. -Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable & could potentially be a charge of security deposit. -Any house rules violated is subject to loss of security deposit. This beautiful beach house is a short two blocks from public beach access, as well as an equal distance to the heart of Destin where you can find plenty of entertainment, food, and shopping. This is in Crystal Beach, Destin voted the most beautiful beach in North America 4 years in a row. You will be super close driving distance to anything you have planned or desire to do during your stay. We typically recommend taking an Uber as they are very popular in the area and always less expensive that a normal taxi. You can definitely take a short walk to the beach, and it is almost always easier than driving around looking for parking!
