Since our cleaning team prepares the home for the next guests right away, late check-outs aren’t possible. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a fee—thanks for understanding! ⭐ CLEANING & SANITIZATION Your health, safety, and comfort mean the world to us. That’s why we follow a thorough cleaning process after every guest departure. ⭐ PET-FRIENDLY (2 PETS MAX) We love welcoming furry friends! You’re welcome to bring up to 2 pets along so they can enjoy the vacation with you. 🐾 ⭐ NO SMOKING INDOORS Please keep smoking outdoors. Evidence of smoking inside will result in an extra fee for odor removal and deep cleaning. ⭐ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS We ask that you treat our home with care and respect so it stays in great condition for you and future guests. ⭐ QUIET HOURS Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep things quiet after 10 PM. Repeated noise complaints may lead to police involvement and possible eviction without refund. ⭐ DAMAGES & LOSS We kindly ask you to look after the home as if it were your own. Please let us know right away if anything gets damaged or goes missing so we can address it quickly. ⭐ GUEST POLICY The home is for registered guests only—no unregistered visitors, gatherings, or parties are allowed. ⭐ ACCESS TO THE HOME If we ever need to access the home during your stay, we’ll always let you know in advance.
