The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas. *NO pets are allowed* Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 2025, to support local sustainability In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking. Guests have access to the facilities of Pueblo Bonito Resorts: Sunset Beach Resort & Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (adults only resort) within Quivira (5 min driving distance).
