With a blend of mid-century modern decor and Japanese-inspired aesthetics, the space is designed for those who appreciate attention to detail. Neutral tones and unique decor elements create a warm and inviting atmosphere. While the home offers a peaceful view, please note that a family lives upstairs, so there may be occasional noise. Nearby Amenities: We’re a 7-minute drive from the vibrant Rockridge area and BART. The V bus line to the San Francisco Salesforce Transit Center is a 15-minute walk. For your daily needs, a charming neighborhood market, local cafe, gas station, and plant nursery are all just a 15-minute walk away. 1.⁠ ⁠Check in is typically at 3PM, and Checkout is at 11AM, unless agreed upon with prior notice. 2.⁠ ⁠If you’d like to invite additional guests or bring pets, please let me know in advance so I can help make proper arrangements. For everyone’s comfort and safety. All visitors count as guests to compensate for cleaning resources. 3.⁠ ⁠In consideration of the neighbors, events and gatherings are not permitted, unless explicitly agreed upon. 4.⁠ ⁠Smoking is not permitted in the premises. 5.⁠ ⁠Quiet hours start at 10PM, ending at 8AM to respect our neighbors.
