With complimentary EV charging on-site, fast Wi The space The Coach House is a beautiful Cotswold building complete with exposed stone walls, mullion windows and polished oak floors. There is one parking space on the drive complete with an EV charging point which our guests can use as they please. The downstairs living area has a large sofa and flat screen smart TV! It also features a brand new integrated kitchen with solid oak worktops, cooker, hob and integrated fridge and dishwasher. By request we also have a space for remote working with a herman miller standing desk and chair. Bi-fold doors open onto a cosy courtyard garden complete seating area. Upstairs features a very comfy super king-size bed, and a beautiful luxury ensuite bathroom complete with roll-top bath with handheld shower. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the Coachhouse — including the living space, kitchen, ensuite bathroom, courtyard garden and one dedicated parking space on the driveway. Please note the driveway is shared — however, one dedicated parking space is reserved exclusively for your use. Other things to note We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay: Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request, but is not guaranteed. The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification. No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting, and we ask all guests to respect that. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture. No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee. Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs. EV Charging Available We have an EV charger available on-site. Charging is offered at a flat rate of £15 per day. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring an electric vehicle so we can make sure the charger is available and accessible. The Coachhouse is a semi-detached property. We have invested in soundproofing to protect your privacy. The driveway is shared, but we've reserved one parking space for you. Wi-Fi & Utility Services We make every effort to ensure all advertised amenities, including Wi-Fi, are available throughout your stay. However, internet and utility services are provided by third-party suppliers, and occasional outages beyond our control may occur. If an issue arises, we will act promptly to report it and work to restore the service as quickly as possible.
