Your stay includes: • Complimentary Daily Breakfast: Enjoy one free breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or 2 Breakfast Tacos) and a 12 oz coffee per guest each morning from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon by Guest365 (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM). • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your own meals with ease. • High-Speed Wi-Fi: Perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. • Smart Guest App: Access a 24/7 virtual concierge for all your needs. Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. You are also welcome to enjoy all shared building amenities. Please be mindful of the operating hours: • Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance • Indoor Gym: Accessible 24/7, located on the 1st level near the leasing office. • Game, Art & Music Rooms: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends). • Cinema Room: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please bring your own DVDs to use this facility. Our dedicated host support team is available 24/7 via phone and messenger to assist with any questions or needs you may have during your stay. We respect your privacy and will not be on-site. For your convenience, please direct all communication to us, as the building's front desk and staff will be unable to assist with your reservation. Please review the following before your stay: • Pre-Check-In Required: Complete our pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and digital house guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages. • Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. • Extra Bedding: A Pack 'n Play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress is available for $35 per night. • Quiet Hours: Amplified sound that can be heard beyond the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Parking: One complimentary off-street parking space is included. Additional parking may be available upon request. Vehicles must be licensed, operable, and parked inside the garage. Oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs or designed for 15+ passengers) are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading. • Street Parking: Free street parking is available after 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday, where permitted. • Additional Notes: Furniture and décor may vary slightly from the listing photos. Building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning after themselves. The guest is responsible for taking all their belongings and putting together all the used towels & bed sheets in one place. Trash and any left overs in the fridge/oven can be organized by the kitchen trash can. Kitchen Use: Guests have full access to use of the Kitchen and responsible for cleaning counter tops, dishes, pots and pans after each use. Use of washer, dryer, appliances: Guests have full access use of all appliances in the home. The appliances must be used careful. In an event the guest damages an appliance, the guest is responsible for the cost of fixing the damage. Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the house and inside the building. You shall be charged a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit and asked to vacant the unit. Guest can smoke within a reasonable distance from the building entrance. Alcohol/Drug Use: No drugs will be allowed on the premises. Alcohol is allowed in the house provided it is not used at levels that may be subject to an abuse on the house or building premises. Pets: No Cats and Dogs are allowed in the house, unless special permissions are granted. There is a $200 per day charge for cats or dogs Locals: No local residence intended to use my place as weekend getaways Please be very respectful of the unit and no loud music at any part of the day. I want everyone to have the best experience possible but please NO Parties. No big groups. And respect the neighbors and everyone in the building. Guest App: For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-checkin form sent to you after confirming your reservation. This provides access to our guest app with detailed check-in instructions, a house manual and useful links. The form requires a $200 hold for damage deposit which is removed within 3 days after check-in. This requirement has been placed on us by our HOA to prevent parties and property damages Linen & Towel Use: We use high quality white linen and towels similar to hotels. Blood stains and makeup stains are very difficult to remove from them so we kindly ask not to use it for makeup or anything else that cause permanent stains that requires replacement. We provide black makeup towels if you need it. Damaged linen and towels will be charged back to the guest because we can't reuse it and it becomes too expensive to replace after each guest.
