PET INFORMATION: We do not allow pets in our home. Feel free to visit the sanctuarycostay website for our pet friendly spaces. House Rules By booking this property you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules and check-in instructions prior to arrival. Guests who fail to comply with rules may be evicted from the property without a refund. Instant Booking: Locals MUST contact the host prior to instant booking. This is to prevent parties at our property. The building has a strict occupancy limit. Any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately. There is a fine for house rule violations. Guest and Neighbor Conflict Procedure: We take the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors seriously. If there is ever a conflict, complaint, or harassment involving guests and neighbors, we ask that the guest get in touch with us immediately. Please email us a detailed account of what happened, including the names and contact information of any witnesses. If needed, we’ll start an investigation and may reach out to the property owner, building manager, HOA, or even the police to help resolve the situation. If the guest or a member of their party is found to be at fault, ALL GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Excessive Messes/Parties: If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions affecting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Illegal Drugs: If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.. Checkout/Late Checkout Requests: Checkout is at 10AM. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. ALL late check-out requests must be submitted by 5pm the day before departure and are subject to availability. If not vacating on time leads to monetary losses for The Sanctuary Co., you will be billed for those as well. This includes guest refunds. Keys/Parking Passes: This is a self-check-in property. You will be responsible for returning all keys and parking credentials. There will be a $50 fine for each item not returned. Additional Cleaning Fees: Our cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous guest." If you do not follow our check-out instructions, you may be fined an additional $75 cleaning fee. Stays over 30 days have a cleaning fee of $150 Damaged/Stained Laundry Items: Please treat our items respectfully. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged items. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. This violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Hostile Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and/or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay with no refund at our discretion if you harass or verbally abuse our staff. Lost & Left Behind Items: We kindly ask all guests to ensure they take all personal belongings with them upon departure. Please note that we do not guarantee the ability to ship any items left behind after check-out. In cases where our team is able to assist, a service fee will apply in addition to shipping costs. However, this service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Mail/Package Deliveries: We do not allow guests to have mail or packages delivered to our properties due to potential shipping and handling issues. If you attempt to have something delivered, we will not be held responsible for its receipt or whereabouts at any time. Property Maintenance Requests: Understand that we are at the mercy of the property manager for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the staff, but repair is dependent upon the maintenance team’s schedule. Lease Violations: If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. Pet Rules * Pet Size/Breed Restrictions: We welcome all well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. Cats, bird
