You will have to go up one flight of stairs to get to your apartment. ø You must fill out the check-in form prior to your arrival. ø We may accept pets at our discretion, and for a pet fee. ø A baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available). ø To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances. ø All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements. IMPORTANT: If you have ANY questions about AC location, heating, noise levels, pets, parking, mobility issues, or any special needs/requirements whatsoever, be sure to contact me *before* booking to ensure our place is a good fit for you! The city is doing construction in front of the building, which may affect access by vehicle, and cause some noise disturbance on weekdays.
